Hi Roni,

I hope that you are feeling better. Do you get these pains every night? Have

you looked at www.earthclinic.com for fibro? I think you might find this really

helpful. Also, I had a friend with fibro, and she did contrast showers every

day...Alternate between cold and hot, like 9 times. This helped tremendously.
