Hi Jen

If you are taking 4.5mg ReVia, you are taking 16% of the recommended

dose of LDN (4.5mg) and 84% filler. I would certainly recommend you

try to get your pharmacist to use the '4.5 mg pure powder' form of

naltrexone ... and make sure it is fast release. Else, ask them to

make to up 28mg ReVia to allow for filler. Remember 50mg ReVia weighs

315mg, that means 50mg LDN plus 265mg filler ...
