Guest guest
Carol, your font is very difficult to read. Maybe it is the color, but I can barely make it out.
Guest guest
Good morning, Carol: Dr. is located in Wisconsin, however, I don't know what city there. You may have to call his office and ask. He will also write a prescription by telephone appointment after you send him a copy of your medical records for him to review. [mailto:EnterCJscastle@...] Sent: Thursday, January 22, 2004 3:27 AM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Nearest Doctor I have been going thru the list of Doctors that will give me a script for the LDN. I live in Minnesota. I see there is one from N.D. but it does not say which town. Also a Dr. Wisconsin. Is that a last name or is it in the state of Wisconsin and if so what city there? I have lived with MS for almost of my whole life. I cannot remember not having it. I am tired of living this way. Thank you for the help in advance.
