that is good to hear cuz my hands are very stiff and when I read that I was like uh oh

I started on 3mgs Friday, yes six days ago, I was on a cane and frankly still staggered with it. Well, I thought for the first few day it was my imagination, but it wasn't. I am walking, no staggering. no came. Yesterday I ran down the steps of my house, I could balance on one foot, I walked so much that my calfs are sore! and I had to try it and I danced! It feels like a dream! My MS is progressive I used to dread a new day because I would find something new wrong, now I can't wait for morning to see what will be better! This little drug has brought me joy and hope where there was little. the urinary urgency is gone now. Six days! what will happen next?

Has anyone had good luck with the numbness and what I call the heebie jeebies that goes with it?? I now dare to hope this will get better as well.

Thank heavens for the Internet, my Doc had never heard of this I sent him all the information and said if it won't hurt me why not try it? He said I can't find anything that will hurt you at this low does, lets GO! we found a chemist/pharmaist to mix it and here I am. Well, I am going to walk my dogs today, something I haven't done in a very long time. I am very thankful.

anyone can email me personally or post...

Blessings,

Zil

What a great happiness for you Zil!! I hope the improvements go on

and on.

For me its going much slower, but I'm severe disabled. But today I

walked 4 mtrs without 1 spasm, I can lift my legs much better while

hand-driving my wheelchair and I can stand lifting my pants without

falling;o)) So much improvement for me 2. And this is with 2,5 mg

daily.

Just that terrible stiffness in the morning, hate it!! Does anyone

knows how you can get rid of that morning-stiffness even for a

little?

Thnx, Chey

Dear Zil,

That is great I am so happy for you. You have had some serious changes. My numbness in my hand is gone ever since I started LDN. Also my spasms have gotten so much better.

Keep up the good work.

Marie
