Dr. Bihari told me I should try different times to see what works best. So

far, earilier is better for me. If I take it after 11pm, I am a mess in the

morning -- can't get going, brain fog, very sleepy, irritable -- all day. I

can never remember at 9, but 9:30 seems good.

I'm just about 2 weeks on it, and have only had a few nights where I've

slept really well without waking up. I was pretty agitated for the first

week, then went down to 3mgs by dumping some of the powder out of the

capsule. Still have very vivid, wild dreams (not disturbing). On the

nights when I sleep through, I feel fabulous the next morning. I am looking

forward to more of those. I have to say that I am still wondering when the

big results will kick in, although I do feel better on many levels. (I have

late-stage lyme and some severe autoimmune disorders).
