Guest guest
This is the product that I used which helped eliminate water retention during my use of prednisone. Felt less bloated and puffy. As with any drug/supplement, PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USING in case there are any contraindications to its use. According to my naturopath, however, carbamide is something the liver produces, so it can't be harmful. But everything in moderation. thanks, aisha " Originally we called the product Carbamide. It was outlawed by the FDA, apparently because there were some articles that came out in medical journals saying that it would help people who had glaucoma. Carbamide improves the osmotic transfer of fluids through the cell walls. Osmosis carries fluids right through solid barriers. If you get too much fluid in your eye and it can't get out, it builds up a terrific pressure. This is called glaucoma. In many cases, Carbamide helps get the excess out. The government says that carbamide is inert, and that it can't be used as a food or a supplement. So we are selling vitamin A and vitamin C in this powder form, in a carrier of carbamide powder. The product is about 90% carbamide with the A and C granulation mixed in. The combination makes the product more expensive than straight carbamide powder alone would be, but at least it is available. It's especially helpful for people who start retaining water when they increase their sodium intake. SUGGESTED USE 3 capsules per day, or as directed. SPECIAL INFORMATION Keep bottle tightly closed.
