Guest guest
Sally, first, I'm sorry you've had such a bad flare. That's lousy. Second, as so many here have underlined, people do not necessarily have any improvement of current symptoms by taking LDN. The main thing is supposed to be slowing or stopping progression--not fixing what's already gone bad. Some do have symptom improvement, and some don't. I think that because some people have had such dramatic changes and, understandably, convey such excitement, other people make the mistake of expecting that for themselves. The truth is that some don't even have a slowdown of progression. The upside is that if you're RRMS, you will likely have most of the flare's damage fade regardless of what you do. It may take longer. It may leave more residuals. If you've gone to progressive, it likely won't fade on its own, but sometimes symptoms do leave . . . even after years . . . with no apparent reason. MS is a weird, weird disease. Galoux
