My goal was to loose 8-10 lbs and I am happy to say I lost just over 10lbs! One of the things I did was cut out sugar. I can't believe that I don't crave it!! Yesterday I left the cold weather of the North East and came to Sunny South Florida. Today I leave on my cruise! I look forward to a week of sun, fun and relaxation.
