Winter- Cod Liver Oil and halibut liver oil Summer- halibut liver oil and fish oil (does it matter which fish? Or just make sure it has vitamin A and omega-3?) Thank you! Some contain both vitamin A & D. Summer - Fish oils do not contain vitamin A; they only contain Omega- 3. Therefore you need to take Fish Oil for Omega-3, and halibut or shark *liver oil for vitamin A (note the " liver oil " as opposed to only " oil " ). That is IF you get enough sun for vitamin D.
