The recommended daily serving is 1 rounded tablespoon = 10 g. I've looked all through the post and files and can't seem to find what your daily recommendation/suggestion would be. And, if I recall correctly, I don't have to take a Vitamin B supplement because I am taking it in liver form instead. Right?
