Ive had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bihari, and yes it is true, he does have MS. But, if you ask him, he will tell you ..... "I HAD m.s."!!! He's quite an amazing man!

I use lactose....I understand thar Dr. B is lactose intollorent, but

he says that there is so little lactose in the capsule, that it

doesn't bother him. Is this truw Dr. B. patients? Also, I heard

that Dr.B. has MS....is this true or just a rumor?

Thanks Kiki, I thought it was just a rumor. I had always heard

that there was a lot of cancer in his family and that he and his

wife both take LDN as a preventative. I can't remember where, but I

even saw that He has MS on a web site somewhere. That's what

happens with rumors.

I think the confusion is with Dr. Lawrence from the UK. I believe he has MS.

are you questioning if Dr. Bihari actually has MS>>??? No, noclue, I "Did NOT "dream this". He himself has done so well on the LDN that he really doesn't consider himself having MS. Although he, in fact does, but choses to look at it as something conquered i guess. He's got a wonderful attitude toward his own disease.

Sally,

I started with lactose and switched to calcium carbonate. I noticed a negative difference and switched back to lactose. I am also lactose intolerant and the lactose is better. Dr. Bihari does not have ms.

He and his family take it as a cancer preventative. His family has a history of cancer.

Regards,

Tom

As I recall from the website, Dr. Bihari takes LDN as a cancer preventive

because of a family history of cancer.

Irmat has been using lactose with me. Also Dr. B is using lactose in his

prescription for himself. He is lactose intolerant but it doesn't bother

him.

Hi all--

Calcium carbonate is very often contaminated with lead.

Anyone who might have metal sensitivity (most anyone with auto-immune type

diseases ??) should consider a filling other than calcium carbonate.

I notice that some companies (LEF) use rice flour. I wonder if that is an

acceptable substitute??

Here is something I found doing a google search for lead & calcium carbonate.

(The source is a manufacturer of low-lead calcium carbonate, but I think the

info is correct, nevertheless.)

" Lead is a naturally occurring component in all sources of calcium

carbonate--limestone, oyster shell and PCC. Limestone, or ground calcium

carbonate, typically contains lead ranging from 600 parts per billion to 1,500

parts per billion. Oyster shells are less pure, typically having between 1,000

parts per billion and 5,000 parts per billion lead. Precipitated calcium

carbonate is produced through chemical synthesis and, with the appropriate

processing, can result in materials with lower lead levels. " from:
