I wax, tweeze & bleach. I spend alot of time

on this. It's been almost a year since I stopped the

steroids and I don't have as much but I do still have

more than I had pre-steroid.

Jolene bleach works wonders for facial, arm and

shoulder hair.

Also, there's SurgiCreme? depilatory, which someone said is safe. And some hair can be removed with an electric razor without showing. I had fine, white "fur" on the tops of my cheekbones and beside my eyes, which was weird. It all went away, eventually.

Beauty salons will wax for you, but I was worried about the fragility of my skin during peak Prednisone.

Hi,

Oh you found the hair. Isn't it awful. The first time

I discovered I had a beard I was driving and almost

drove off the road. When I inquired why my family

didn't tell me about my facial hair, I learned it was

my Prednisone crankiness that kept them from coming

clean. I wax, tweeze & bleach. I spend alot of time

on this. It's been almost a year since I stopped the

steroids and I don't have as much but I do still have

more than I had pre-steroid.

Jolene bleach works wonders for facial, arm and

shoulder hair.

Good luck

Joan - thanks. I went to change the subject on this

and pressed a button that sent a nothing so I/ve given

up this time. Currently I only tweeze --- the fine

stuff is kind of blondish anyway. But it is so -------

yuk!!! At least off prednisone it is not a problem. I

did try a cream once but it made my face so

unnaturally smooth and then the grow back was awful so

--at the moment I tweeze. I'm too much of a coward to

wax! Caroline

I worrried about the wax se. I think my skin id about normal.. I would get blotchy ritht after but that would go away after about 5 minutes. I worried more about the chemicals in creames and vbleach. If it's not one tging it's anothrt. Sorry I have to go to bed. I'm falling asleep on the keyboard

Guten Nache
