Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have just started taking LDN - 3 weeks ago - to help keep hodgkins at bay. Has anyone had HL and taken LDN? Also, living in Australia, its not as easy as in the states to get certain medications. My oncologist prescribed LDN to me after I gave him all the info I had on the subject. I then found a compounding pharmacy in sydney that made up 4mg capsules. So without a consultation with Dr. Bihari, I am always searching for more info. Is there anything I need to know other then what is at his site? I have noticed its hard to get to sleep, and I wake up a lot, which cant be good for you as when you get into a deep sleep is when healing takes place. Hopefully that will pass. I'm glad to have found this site. Thanks
Guest guest
I've been very fortunate not to have any sleep problems, but I've only been on LDN for a few nights so far. In fact I've been sleeping better than before, I don't wake up at 3 like I always have in the past. However I've finding I'm sleepy in the afternoon now, far more than is normal for me. Is anyone else feeling the same? In regards to the water, I brought it up because with the bladder issues some of us deal with there is a tendency to drink less than we should despite the fact that we know we need it. It can just be so inconvenient... yet is so important. He has always been a good sleeeper but is also waking a lot and finding it difficult to get back to sleep. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in Australia.
