Guest guest
I used Avonex for 2 years. I progressed to the point of being in this chair while on it, so obviously it did not work for me. (Cost my insurance company alot of $$$) I wish that I had known about LDN first. With the diagnosis of MS comes desperation! One will try anything that might help. What helps one, may not help the next, so you just have to be aggressive and take control of your own health. Do what you feel led to do. Don't let anyone talk you into or out of something if you aren't comfortable with it. Remember: Traditional medicine doesn't have the answers to EVERYTHING! The way I see it, for the cost, you have little to lose by trying LDN first. (tazzersteve) Reply-to: low dose naltrexone low dose naltrexone --- I never took the ABC drugs but have lived in pain for 9 years until starting the LDN on 12/03. I was on anti- depressants.steroids, neuontin, all of which didn't work. I'll stay on LDN until they find a cure!
