Yeah I want to post here, because then I can look back too and see what I've

noticed and if I still notice it over time.

I noticed that I don't have my fibro pain so much. I want to reiterate that

I do have good and bad days, but this seems really good for me. I wouldn't say

that I could do cart wheels though, but normally in the morning especially I

find that I want to bend my legs at the knees(hard to explain)when I sit on

the couch and it hurts to extend them. This is just a little thing, but I

feel that behind my knees are more flexible and don't hurt as much. I think a

better way to say this is I normally like to curl up in a ball with my legs and

even my arms some days and I'm not feeling like that. I'm a lot less stiff.

I do still feel stiff in my back, but it's to a lower degree than usual.

my legs which have been so dry and itchy are not itchy. I would scratch them

so bad, but ok I'm not gross, but yesterday I didn't take a shower because I

was working on getting all our christmas stuff up and lost track of time. So

this can just be that I have more oil in my skin naturally. So I'd wait on

the results of that.

my stomach is the biggest difference. I've had sever constipation which I've

actually had most of my colon removed has started making mobility grumbling

noises. I am freaked about this. I am still bloated, but my stomach doesn't

usually make the noise it's been making. This gives me a lot of hope.

I took the kelp at 4pm yesterday and I couldn't get to sleep till about

11pm. I did have some coffee late, so it could have also been a result of that,

but I did find I had more energy. Not just being more awake, but I felt like

getting up and doing stuff here and there.

I don't want to take today's dose with my levoxyl, but I want to take it

earlier in the day to see how my sleep is at night. I usually am asleep by 10pm

and last night I really had to try to fall asleep. I also did wake up at like

4pm and stayed up an hour which is normally what I do. I drink way too much

coffee during the day, ack!

My neck feels normal.

Till tomorrow......
