I use Dr. B. and he started me off at 4.5mg. He told me if I have

problems sleeping or anything else that I should just dump out a little of

the capsule to bring it down. That is what I did for a while but now I am on

4.5 mg and doing okay.

Dr. Bihari has me on 4.5 mg. He said it could be reduced to 3 mg. if necessary. It has not been necessary. I have been taking it since last July with no negative effects. My sleep pattern has changed somewhat. I wake up every night about 2:00 AM but I go back to sleep in a few minutes.

Regards,

Tom

Dr. Bihari has been inclined to start you at 4.5 mg and reduce it if you

exhibit insomnia or leg stiffness for too long a period of time.
