Guest guest
Well, let's try it this way. I hope this is better for those of you bothered by all caps. I apologize for filling up your mail box, to those this might offend... It's me again. I started a flare up December 17. I started LDN December 19, so I have been on it (3mg) just over 2 months. I have been eating just about everything before the flare up. Straightened that up and am juicing and doing fresh fruits/vegs and avoiding lots of saturated fat and gluten. Other allergies I have are milk and eggs, so avoiding those as well. I am doing the supplements Dr. Lawrence recommends. Can those take a while to get used to? Could that be part of my problem today? Last week, I felt just great and suddenly gave a darn, which sure felt lots better. I had not cared for quite a while. I found, though, that I cared enough to clean the house, and I got more numb again. I really have to keep from doing too much! So, here I am today, feeling dizzy. My morning start out with lots of dizziness. I am feeling guilty because my homeschooled kids are pretty much trapped here until I feel better. Sure, they get out with others, but I expect so much of myself as their mom. I do feel pretty good if I happen to wake up at 3 or so in the morning. I can hardlhy notice any numbness then! Otherwise, I am pretty much numb from the toes to the chest on the left side. Hoping some of that will pass. Well, thanks for listening. Just wanting to vent to someone who has been there. Have a good one! In spite of the numbness, I plan to! \o/ Showered by His amazing Grace, Sally Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not on your own understanding. Guest guest
Hi Stace! I had the same problem with my little girl. She had a bad cough (mainly at night) - no other symptoms and was fine during the day. Our doctor suggested just getting a humidifier and opening her window slightly to bring in fresh air. (the window thing I do in moderation given the season) but we got the humidifer (cost: 12.90) to put moisture into the air - it took about 2 nights, but it seemed to fix the problem. I know each situation is different, and I don't know if yours is like mine - but it seems that our problem was the dryness of the air.... Randi J.
