Guest guest
First I would like to thank the folks who write in colors or all caps it is so much easier for me to read, after only a little while on the computer my eyes ache and burn, even water when I am doing research. the request is will others consider doing this when they post. I know I am not the only MSer with vision issues and I also know this is not a MS Site but a LDN site and there are lots of different people here my Doc thinks the LDN will help the vision but will take a while (a year) Like I said it is just a request even hitting the bold button helps a lot and you wont have to change any settings thank you for your consideration peace, Zil

I think you may be an exception. Most people with vision problems and find all caps difficult to read. I certainly do. It is usually solved by using a larger letters rather than caps. Guest guest
Hi , Yes to the blurriness. Especially after reading. Yes it comes and goes. I finally got a half way decent eyeglass prescription from my doctor. I see a faint outline of things, like another image. When I finally told him it was like seeing double, double-vision, from One eye, not both, that's when I received a much better prescription for the glasses I have to wear. The LDN has helped somewhat with that and I limit my book reading some. Never occurred to me before as I just assumed the doctor "knew" what I meant about seeing double out of each eye, not both together. Hope this helps, take care and have a Great Day everyone. Guest guest
Yes it happens to me too,and only in the last year or so, I was an avid reader, read pretty much anything that wasn't too small, but now since my 48 birthday (about then anyway) most writing is blurring and hard to read. I went to the Optometrist and payed very many dollars for progressive bifocals (with no lines) and that darken in the daylight yet I still can't read that long and whoever thought that the writing on pill bottles should be so minute. There should be a law against that if I had to read a cautionary warning on a new prescription drug in a hurry cause some one had accidentally taken it. I would not be able to. All I can say is see your optometrist and don't rush into new glasses for a while until your symptoms settle down! As an aside my optometrist told me I had m.s, when he looked into my eyes with his little light, twenty years ago I guess he could see damaged areas back there that were symtomatic of M.S. and only M.S. He knows his stuff but he didn't tell me to wait before I spent sixhundred dollars on glasses. That is one of the little things in life that get to me. But lines his pockets.
