Guest guest
Try Alkaliser. 2 drops in water twice a day, if I remember the correct dose. this is in England so i may not be the same name elsewhere: http://www.detoxyourworld.com/acatalog/alkalizer.html > > Hey Dr Dan, > > Many thanks for posting advice on getting beyond the immediate symptom. Guest guest
My Chinese medicine physician told ME that acidity is from eating too much animal protein, and sugars among other things. If you want to get rid of it- you stop eating foods that cause it like cutting back on eating red meats; poultry; pork; lamb; veal; and cut down on sugar. She said fish is okay. Since I am a vegetarian- I don't really have to worry about the animal protein. But, the sugar is another story, lol -- Re: Hypo/adrenal fatigue/DR DAN/acidity Try Alkaliser. Guest guest
That is correct. I posted a long article about acidity and balance. You have to eat more veggies and fruits to take down your acid level. So once again, your doc is correct. sue On 8/27/08 3:10 PM, " Nancie Barnett " <deifspirit@...> wrote: > > > > My Chinese medicine physician told ME that acidity is from eating too much > animal protein, and sugars among other things. > If you want to get rid of it- you stop eating foods that cause it like > cutting back on eating red meats; poultry; pork; lamb; veal; and cut down on > sugar. Guest guest
GUess I'll be staying acidic. I don't ever see myself living without BBQ's. I live in the south where BBQ's are like Philly cheese steak in phili. I think red meat is actually better for you than chicken. Chuck knows what I mean about BBQ! Guest guest
Subtle, that... For another view of acidity [or pH] read VERMONT FOLK MEDICINE by Dr. Jarvis. > > Posted by: " eastodurango@...
