Guest guest
> > Excuse me for butting in here but I really would like to know if someone knows if the bone broth will rebuild discs in the cervical spine. One of my discs (C-4) is completely worn down and bone is rubbing bone and I have a herniated disc at C-6. Would the bone broth or anything else help. I'm trying to avoid surgery which my orthopedic surgeon says is necessary. I will be doing home traction and physical therapy first which he says will help temporarily. > Thanks for any help anyone can offer. >==>Hi Sophie. Bone broths help the body make strong bones, teeth, etc. but they do not work without many other nutrients that are " all " essential for human health (diet plus supplements). That is what my program is all about. Building up the immune system and body health and strength so it can heal itself. But no one could say it would heal your discs. Too many factors are involved. But of course it is important to get proper nutrients so your body can do its job properly. Bee Dear Sophie, I was in multiple traffic accidents when I lived in Los Angeles resulting in a herniated disc at C4. When I moved to Seattle in 1995 I developed spondylitis in my mid to low back to the point I lost all feeling below my waist for 3 months. Doc didn't find anything wrong with my back or neck when I was examined a year ago January. I'm glad to report that my herniated disc is healed and Doc scoffed when I asked him about my spondylitis. He said it is impossible to recover from that! Sorry I didn't notice when I healed but I healed! Staying on Bee's diet and supplements and taking the bone broth definitely changed my life. I can bend and move without pain either in my back or neck. I want to encourage you Sophie, to try the bone broth. Though no one in the group has reported back that they have recovered from your bone on bone condition, my recovery from spondylitis shows the power of Bee's program. I hope you are better soon!
