Hi all, Last night on compass, a tv program here in australia, they

interviewed a doctor who has MS [ 5 years know] and he refused to

take any meds, as he pointed out 'they dont work anyway'! He said

there is a link between the amount of sun you get on your skin on a

daily basis, and how that helps to maintain the the covering of the

nerves. Apparently in places where it is not hot enough for you to

get out into the sun, the incidences of MS are much higher. This is

based on a 35 year study, that the med. prof. wont listen to because

the protocols for studys has changed in that time!!

He is also on restricted diet, meditation etc. I will try and

contact him to let him know about LDN if he doesnt already know

[maybe he couldnt say it on tv!!]

Interesting about the sunshine and the study though.

BTW I dont have MS, I have hodgkins and have been trying LDN for 1

month now.

Hi Steve, I took LDN 4 mg. for 1 month, but after about 2 weeks i

couldnt sleep, and persisted for 2 weeks with no sleep, and have

decided to go of it until I'm sleeping properly, then I will halve

the dose, to 2 mg. which is half the capsule.

So I cant comment on any improvement - as yet. But I dont have MS,

as most ppl here do, I have hodgkins lymphoma.

So what about you, do u have MS?
