In my experience LDN does not relax muscles, in fact the higher doses cause just the opposite problem. Anything above 3mg gives me abdominal cramps and others have reported stiff legs on the higher dose. Steve
Guest guest
I will have to agree I get very stiff on 4.5mgs of ldn yet 3.0 mgs there is very little at all You may be suffering from an infection of some kind, hopefully this too will pass. Guest guest
I see Steve, but LDN has a very relaxing effect on me. My spasms disappear. Baclofen reduces spasms too. Today is the second day without LDN and first without Baclofen. Tomorrow I start LDN over at 2,5 mg every other day, make a new start. My boyfriend says I've improved since I take LDN. Just wondering about the combi of the 2 meds. Chey > I take 3mg LDN and 20mg Baclofen every day. I looked up this drug and it reads just like a narc, but it dosen't say it is but does say they don't know how it works, could it act like a narcodic and interfer with LDN function?. just a thought hopfully some one will know more Peace, Zil

Guest guest
> i had the same problem so bad i could not even stay sitting up myself without > falling over. Exacvtly what I mean! I feel much better without Baclofen (2x 5 mg daily) Zil, I think its not interferrence, but LDN stimulates the body to produce more endorphine. Endorphine is a kind of Morfine of your own body. That relaxes and fights pain. Baclofen is a muscle relaxer. So, in my mind, its double to take both. But I wanna be sure. Chey
