If it doesn't, reduce the dosage and that normally takes care of the problem. Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 Yes the stiffness will go away it will take time mine was real bad for three months, but then I never stayed at that one dose during the whole time and it probably compounded the stiffness, so whatever you do stay at three for a long while! And the DLPhenylalanine is actually working to releave stiffness, just one each morn. before breakfast and after a few days I found a big diff in stiff. but only in my legs and arm now mind you. Ha Ha.
