Yes, but when I was 20, I had very little stress to cause any anxiety

symptoms. I was attending a private college that my grandparents

entirely funded, including my own apartment. I did not have to work,

and I did very little studying. All I did was " party " . (Although I

have had caffeine issues most of my life, and can relate what you're

saying about that).

So I believe wholeheartedly that it was an angel who came to me in a

dream to give me the PERFECT advice, because she knew I wouldn't find

it any other way... especially through doctors! :) Her advice

began, " if you want to get better, then... " And showing the

margarine, oatmeal and brown sugar to me as an issue was pretty good,

considering what I know now about candida.

They say that " mental health " issues like panic attacks and anxiety

commonly hit young men and women in thier late teens and early 20's.

Could it be that those issues present themselves at that age because

that is the natural progression of candida??? Perhaps that is when

the immune system can no longer fight the yeast as it does when we

were younger, and mental issues begin at that age (for some, but not

all candida sufferers).

Thankfully, I'm not losing any hair. But 6 years ago during my last

attempt at candida fighting, I was taking MANY supplements and

antifungals all at once. I was taking so many that I lost down to

120 pounds and began losing large amounts of hair. When I quit

taking them, I quit losing hair.

Are you taking any " extra " supplements that Bee doesn't recommend?

If so, I would stop. How old are you? What is the family history of

baldness in your family?

Lyle... I believe it's very important you stop coloring your hair.

That might be most of your problem right there! That hair coloring

stuff is pretty toxic, I learned.
