I see that I'll just have to start the diet slowly and see how things go. At this point it is hard for me to imagine how the cooking is going to work out! I want to order Cod Liver Oil and I'm still confused after reading the Cod Liver Oil Folder. Which flavors do you all like from Blue Ice? Vit A- There isn't enough of it in CLO? So, I need to supplement with Halibut Oil? And Vitamin D- there are different levels needed during the summer vs. the winter. Can someone please clarify this for me? Thanks.
