Hello all,

Just trying to give others hope, I have recovered from the relapse I had while on LDN, never got all the way back to the glory days I had in the first week on it but am better than before I took it, better balance, better bladder control and better mood due to the fact that I am not getting worse each day, I have been reading about this leg stiffness, thank goodness I don't have that problem, but before LDN I had stiffness and spasms in my legs, bad at night. My GP gave me Quinine 324 mgs. It took it away and let me sleep And I wont get malaria

I think it may be harmless to try and might help. You do need to get it from a doc here in the states, but if you want to try it and can tolerate sugar he suggested drinking a lot of tonic water, You can get tonic sugar free but then you have to deal with water fake sugar is in it. I did not check the health food stores for it or for unsweetened tonic as he gave me this script. I hope this helps someone, wouldn't such an easy fix be nice...

By the way I don't take it now as I am having no problems with stiffness except in my hands and nothing helps that but I can tolerate that, they hardly ever cramp up on me. It is just an arthitis-like symptom of my MS connected to the numbness and what I like to call the "heebie Jeebies" Jot me a note if you try it and it helps.

Blessings,

Zil
