appropriate email etiquette, please

If I could make a suggestion to this group, I will do it once and once

only (I promise).

I was in this group last spring/summer because I am taking LDN. There are

over 700 members in this group. I had to drop out because (as others have

said) " my mailbox was full " , and I use it as my work email as well.

Could we *please* not respond to all when we are answering just one

person? like saying " thanks for the info " or " yes you can take that along

with LDN " or something akin to these????

Please remember when you email to the whole group, it's like sending out

over 700 emails. Please use some discretion and respond only to that

person UNLESS you need to tell the whole group about some issue or

question. Emails have not changed in the 6 months since I had to drop out

of this group due to people not knowing how to use email wisely.

Please consider this in sending out future emails. I know several hundred

of us will greatly appreciate it!!!! Thanks for reading this long but

needed message.

PS I used LDN 3mg for 6 months stopped for 5 months and worsened in

symptoms. I am now using it again at 4.5mg and feeling better. I have in a

sense, proved its worth to myself.
