I don't remember receiving this one. Anyway, I have only a little information regarding MSM. My naturopath had suggested it for me last year, and sent me a huge tub of it in a loose powder. (It is also used in veterinarian practices on horses, and is much cheaper to purchase in bulk this way.) The recommended dosage was in a ramp up protocol, such as 1/8 teaspoon 3 times a day for 3 days, then 1/4 tsp 3 x day, then 1/2 tsp, etc, until you reach a maintenance dose of 1 tsp 3 times a day. I have not done this yet, as I took a break from all my supplements, but I will be trying the MSM again to see what kind of reaction I have. I think Martha posted recently about this, as she uses it and has had good results. Perhaps she can post more info about her dosages, if she is using pill form. You can get MSM at any health food store, but I am sure it will be more expensive purchasing it in pill form. My one pound tub cost $36.
