Guest guest
Does anyone know of a decent source of information on,based on clinical trials if they've been done, about what form of various vitamins and minerals are most effective and absorbable/etc...and what dosages (or ranges) are needed to be effective without being too high. Seems to me FDA or the Center for Disease Control or the alternative medicine branch of the NIH ought to be giving priority to such data, if it hasn't. But the government (us) would have to pay for the testing, of course, since no corporation will fund testing on anything they can't patent. With Vitamin D, for example, I understand that D-3 is the form that's best-- and that most Vitamin D researchers themselves take about 1500-- 200o mg/ day. There is also a form of iron--not ferrous sulfate--that is effective or superior. ETC...ETC....ETC... _________________________________________________________________________ > From: hypothyroidism <hypothyroidism > > Subject: Digest Number 4247
