Hello a,

Yes! H202 baths are much better to take in the morning as they can be

VERY invigorating, LOL.

The first time I took one I was very surprised how I felt like I was

being " charged " up even while still in the bath. I had a great day

that day, full of energy and got a lot accomplished.

The next time I didn't feel it as much. Overall, I do notice a nice

pick up and a feeling of well being so really enjoy H202 baths.

A tip I learned from Bee is, if you have chlorinated water use 1

Tablespoon of vitamin C powder to 1/2 cup undiluted food grade H202.

Make sure you stir it around in the water and make the water as hot as

you can handle so it will cause you to perspire. Set your timer for 20

minutes, maybe put on some soothing music, and relax. :-)

You may notice you will perspire for a little while after you get out

of the bath, but this is good as the H202 is still working.

Remember to handle H202 with much care as it can burn if you spill it.

Do read about it in Bee's files before you use it.

I purchase it by the quarts, keep it in my freezer, and take it into

the bathroom. I set a small canning jar (jelly jar size) on the edge

of the bathtub to make sure I don't spill it, to pour the H202 in the

jar. The jar has the ounces indicated on the side which makes it handy

to pour the correct amount.

You do not want to leave the H202 setting out while you bath. Please

be sure to put the H202 right back in the freezer before you step into

your bath as it must be handled very carefully.

Hope this helps.:-)

I read somewhere online not to do an H2O2 bath late at night

because the increased oxygen in your blood will keep you awake? Is

this true? What are some of the experiences people here have had after

taking an H2O2 bath? Epsom salt makes me tired and swollen so I have

been taking baking soda baths, but I know they are not as helpful.

Just wondering what to expect.

Blessings,
