Guest guest
Greetings - Where I saw one article on the potential was on CNN's archives, when I was doing nutritional research in massage school. Guest guest
Try these two commercial sites A Review of Scientific Inquiry on Conjugated Linoleic Acid (109 references) http://www.pharmanutrients.com/scicla1.html http://www.tonalin.com/ You will also probably find 1000 references on this page under 'Conjugated linoleic acid' http://www.wisc.edu/fri/research.htm Driscoll BEFITting Image Training and Nutrition Service B Sc - Ex. Guest guest
Copy the following into the address line if clicking it won't work: http://www.bestmall.com/wp/tonalin/tonalin_uses.html This info is of course biased, as they are trying to sell the stuff. I've never used CLA but do use flax oil which has alpha linolenic acid which I'm sure does the same thing. So do most of the " good fats. " Raw almonds are quite virtuous in this regard. They also contain vitamin E. It isn't going to be any bigger bullet for success than just sticking to BFL will. So think before you spend. You asked, how long before I saw a difference. I don't attribute any of the results solely to good fats or any purchased product. They are just part of the whole principle that must be adhered to in order to see results. The theory is that you have to ingest a little fat in order to mobilize the fat that is stored. So, that much is true. What they don't tell you is that unless you burn that mobilized fat with some cardio it will just re-settle. That's why cardio is so important, because sticking to BFL encourages fat mobilization. Presto, success! Stasia
