But Gracia, tests are important. I had an endo that was going to

schedule me for surgery for hyperparathyroidism a couple of years ago

and then she decided to do one more test and it was a darn good thing

she did because my numbers were back down to normal and she realized

that my hyperparathyroidism was being drug induced by my diuretic. SO

if I had not had that test, I would have had surgery for nothing and

risked losing my singing voice. So, I don't mind the tests if it gets

me the correct diagnosis.
