Guest guest
Hi Jan - Does your husband have a shrivelled non functional spleen which in turn has caused high red count? It seems a lot of people suffer from enlarged spleen but mine has shrivelled due to the drug I'm on. I've never heard of a disappearing spleen before! Regards Jan (NZ) Re: [ ] OVERPRODUCTION OF RED BLOOD CELLS(ERYTHREMIA, POLYCYTHEMIA) if anyone needs to know any info on polycythemia vera i can help you out my husband has the condition jan Sylvia Margolis <sylviam@...> wrote: Jerry,My brother had polycythemia. I've told doctor I'll get back to him in March! Let me know how your husband gets on. The VA found it due to my iron coming back high. .
