I have been doing Taebo for one year coming up on Feb.19th. Welcome to Taebo and this group. I don't post often ,but lurk daily. Just had to be the CA welcoming committee. LOL I know as long as I just do it every day I will reach my goal. See I am planing on doing the Basic in the mornings and the 8 minute at night 6 days a week and the 8 minute only on Sundays that way I don't get out of the habit of doing it.
