Guest guest
Dear T, I have had a similar experience. I started 4.5 mg. Feb. 10th, and felt super, then worse, and gradually better. So I encourage you not to judge results for several weeks. I still have some bad nights and days, but these are minimal, and the wonderful healing I have had, stays. I really believe that what has been said on this site is true: When we are stressed and/or fighting infections or not taking proper care of ourselves we will feel considerably worse. The good news is with a little care I am able to feel the best of my LDN progress again very quickly. For me the occasional bad spell is nothing compared to the sameness of my incapacity before LDN. $65 for how many 4.5 mg. caps? At Skips Pharmacy I get 90 4.5 mg. caps for $41.65 and that includes shipping. Courage! Guest guest
I too have had sporadic results but I blame them on the weather or the time of day I take the pill. For instance the night before last I was one and a half hours late and with the snow coming in, yesterday was not very nice. Last night I took my pill at 9:00 sharp and even though it is still snowing this morning I fairly lept out of bed and put my own socks on! It seems to me that the longer I am on ldn. the more used to the results I am, so I forget what it was like before my first week of ldn. I had promised myself to stay on the three mg dose forever but now after a month of no improvements, no losses mind you, but no improving either, I want to get my next prescription made up to 4.5 but then will the stiffness come back? And will anything more happen? I think maybe more time on the three mg will have to do for now. This brings up an interesting point my pharmacist doesn't charge anymore for the three mg.s than he does for the four point five mgs.Any time my brother and I get our prescriptions refilled it is for the same price always. Since BlueCross picks up 80% of my drugs I only pay 11,00 dollars for three months worth. He only makes up one hundred at a time, what else could be cheaper? Not Aspirin that's for sure!
