You guys are driving me crazy! Sue - you say this is why so many of us

don't know what it is like to feel good or to feel rested. This is exactly

how I was. I felt ill every moment of every day. It was hard to get

through the day. I never slept well, and I'd wake up screaming from what I

now know was too low of oxygen. I had tubes in my ears three times from

not being able to hear. The tubes would get blocked with fluid. I had two

major sinus surgeries and constant infections. I was a very severe case.

In addition, I had what I now believe were Samter's related problems of too

low of platelets and hypothyroid. I was a wreck, a mess, a person living

only on hope that some day I would find the answer. And I did! I found

the answer, I have all these problems solved, I am well (not perfect but

well in every sense of the word) and not one person in this group that I

know of has tried what I found! Am I presenting it wrong? What am I doing

wrong? All anyone is saying is how bad they are, how this is bad, that is

bad, but no one has tried what healed me - naet! What is going on? Are we

going to continually go on and on and on about all these horrible symptoms

yet never try what works? What gives? Is it just a cost factor? Isn't

our health worth any cost, any hope? Why do we keep putting our hopes into

doctors who tell us it takes surgery and medicine when I have found the

cure that requires neither?

Hi Pat,

Welcome!

This LDN group works like a message board, except you will receive everyone's posts by e-mail.

You can reply to the group if it is something you would like to comment on, otherwise you can just read your e-mails

for information about LDN and other topics we all talk about.

If you would like to reply to someone who has posted a question just hit your reply button and your e-mail will

go to the group.

It can be a bit confusing at first.

I hope this helps explain!

I am new to this LDN site and am not sure what to do. I registered with and have received quite a few emails, but am not sure whether I should reply to them or contact the site. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Best wishes Pat

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: LDN/Surgery

Thanks Reg and for your response: - I will be having stomach surgery so its not just the pain medication. My neuro. has told me to go off LDN for 1 week prior to surgery and I will be in hospital possibly 2 weeks. No food/water during the first week after surgery. Perhaps I can suggest crushing the tablet during the second week of my hospital stay if I am back eating, which means I will be off LDN for 2 weeks at least. I have done so well on LDN so far, but I'll let you know what happens when I go off for this extended length of time. I am just praying that I do not have an ms exacerbation due to the stress of surgery and being off LDN.Dianna
