Guest guest
" It would help, if the folks who have taken LDN over a longer period write their experiences. Is there anyone who has taken LDN for one year ? or two years? without progression/relapse ?. In the absence of a clinical trial, these LDN old timers may serve as a beacon to others. " Hi Yash...I've been on the LDN for about 20 months now and am doing quite well...do you consider that long term enough? I am guessing that a lot of the long term users have decided that there is now a life out there to lead and have stopped coming around...only guessing on that. I've been on LDN for 12 months and I'm not doing well at all. After a few months of improvement I started to get worse again and have been going downhill ever since. At present I take 4.5mg for five days, 3mg for 5 days and then a two day break. After the break I feel good for a few days but then start to get worse again.
