Good for you!

This was a good way to note the improvements/changes.

Best of luck.

Hello Everybody,

My 7 day update -

3mg LDN nightly at 10 for 7 days. I have noticed the following:

STIFF LEGS

My legs are more stiffer now when I first wake up but get better throughout the day)

SLEEP

No problems with insomnia. I can sleep anytime, and anyplace - have never had any problem sleeping.

Beginning to remember dreams. Nothing really wild or bizarre.

BLADDER CONTROL Has improved . I stopped taking my Detrol to see if the LDN would really help in this area. It has. The urgency is not as great which allows me time to get to the restroom and the sensation of knowing I need to go is more noticeable. BALANCE Haven't notice any improvements yet, It actually is a little worse and I believe that is because the legs are stiffer.

FATIGUE & ENERGY LEVEL

I do find my eyes want to close early afternoon however I feel more awake after it passes. Taking it slowly since having surgery 2 weeks ago. The desire and energy are there to get started on much neglected projects.

It has only been 7 days for me and I have noticed small changes. My major improvement in bladder control is a blessing by itself.

I've read that some critics think this is "all in the mind". Well, in a way it is. Endorphins are produced in the brain and if MS suppresses them and Naltrexone releases them then "Yes, it is all in the mind." Our minds are our body's most powerful weapon and I feel that if we give it what it needs, it will give us what we need.

Have a great day everyone and I will continue to keep you posted.
