Guest guest
I switched to Skips recently and I have noticed more stiffness than before! Been on LDN 3 months. Anyone have the same results when they switched pharmacies?
Guest guest
Dr. Bihari's info says between 2100-0300 regardless of when you sleep. http://www.low dose naltrexone.org/further_q_and_a.htm Question 4 clearly states 2100-0300: If I have to work on a night shift, for example from midnight to 8a.m., at what time should I take my LDN? Continue to take LDN as recommended above; i.e., between 9pm and 3am. This relates to the fact that the endorphins for each day are always produced in the pre-dawn hours, regardless of the hours when one is awake or sleeping That was actually MY very first question because I Wake UP at 2300, I go to sleep before 1900. I've been taking my LDN within an hour or 2 of waking up for my day, MyStory The 'recommended time' is between 9pm and 3am, regardless of sleep. Most who try any other timeframe seem to not get the same results as 2100-0300 [low dose naltrexone] SKips Pharmacy I just spoke with Skip at Skips Pharmacy and he told me that there is a lot of confusion about when to take the LDN. He said that it's important to take it at Bedtime because of what it does to your endorphine levels. He said that if you're going to sleep at 3:00am you should take it then.
