Guest guest
Hi !YES! -Have been experiencing this for many years! ( it`s approaching 4amhere as I write!) Have been on LDN for 1 week so doesn`t seem to be much connection, in mycaseat any rate! -Think probably circadin rhythms messed up by faulty brainchemistry. It does seem to be getting gradually worse, I really have to make an effortto go tobed, otherwise literally I just go on getting more & more out of sync by theday:Inconvenient & embarrasing! Now, what`s even worse is that I tend to sleep so lightly that I don`t getany delta-deep dreamless sleep -it`s said that this is when the body makes HGH -HumanGrowthHormone which apparently is the anti-aging factor, so I`m not too happyabout this lack!!!I`m hoping that maybe the LDN may help this eventually. Also, I am workingwithHolosync audio technology CD`s, which are said to entrain the brain toproduce moredelta waves & also more endorphins among other effects.I also would appreciate any feedback on any of this! May we all be well and happy! Guest guest
Gerald, I, too, did not sleep well before LDN. For whatever reasons. Bladder ugency was the biggest problem. (Corrected w/LDN) Stress has always been a big factor in my life, so that did not help. Two years ago, I had to divorce my husband of 22 years, so that didn't help with the stress. But, for whatever reason, about a month after I started LDN, I started sleeping better than I ever had! Most nights now I have to get up once during the night, and I sleep usually 5 - 6 hours straight! It is wonderful. I wake up rested rather than feeling as if I have been run over by a truck! Guest guest
Hi Marcie! Thank you for your encouraging response, you experience seems almost too much for me to hope for at present! But one never knows till it happens....maybe that truck will take another route or prehaps I`ll get better at avoiding it! I think stress is a very interesting word re. MS -(If that is what you have!) There are so many different ways that our systems can be challenged & potentially damaged by excessive stress: disfunctional emotional relationships, overwork, inappropiate food & drink, excessive physical exertion. lack of physical exercise, lack of sleep, too hot,too cold, wrong thinking, indulging in anger etc. etc etc. Illness can be a real wake up call for us to look more carefully at just what we are doing with our lives! I hope that things continue to improve for you....
