I was on that amount for about a year and couldn't resolve my problem with fibrocystic breasts. When I went up to 50mgs/day my breast began to return to normal. Like I also work with one of the best thyroid and iodine doctors around. Dr. Flechas immediately puts all breast cancer women on 100mgs of iodine a day. His own nurse works for him because she was scheduled for a total mastectomy and the tumors had shrunk so much after 2 weeks on 100mgs she canceled. Flechas has a number of stories to tell of people with tumors going on orthoiodosupplementation and the tumors resolve. Are you factoring in the shear mass of fluoride and bromide many of us have in our bodies? These halides are not easily avoided and may need ultradosing to get them out of our bodies. I've been reading this list and two other iodine ones since they started. Anecdotal evidence from people's stories points to a very high variance in dosing.
