Guest guest
EUNIQUE, I think you may be onto something. I am PPMS so it's rather difficult to tell if I'm in an exacerbation, but this winter, my stress level has been extremely high, and I've got 'cabin fever' so bad! That could explain some things. Guest guest
Late winter is when I tend to have relapses. I really wonder about the vitamin D connection... No sun = less vitamin D production, and then the summer here is so hot I tend to stay inside in the air conditioning, so not enough sun then too. Has anyone taking vitamin D long term and seen a reduction in relapses?
