EUNIQUE,

I think you may be onto something. I am PPMS so it's rather difficult to tell if I'm in an exacerbation, but this winter, my stress level has been extremely high, and I've got 'cabin fever' so bad! That could explain some things.

Late winter is when I tend to have relapses. I really wonder about the

vitamin D connection... No sun = less vitamin D production, and then the

summer here is so hot I tend to stay inside in the air conditioning, so not

enough sun then too. Has anyone taking vitamin D long term and seen a

reduction in relapses?

CHANGE OF SEASONS IS A BITCH!

IT AFFECTS ME MORE, THAN ENYTHING ELSE.

IN A WEEK I WENT FROM BEEN " OK "

TO THE STATE, WHERE I WOULD SAY, DAMN IT!

WHAT IS SO WRONG WITH ME, THAT

ALL MY BODY IS FALLING APART,

EVERYTHING - MY LEGS, ARMS,EYES DO NOT
