Thanks for the encouragement!! & nbsp;I, too, with LDN feel as if I am holding my own for the first time in five years!! & nbsp;Before, I felt like I was spiraling downward out of control. & nbsp;It was the most helpless feeling. & nbsp;LDN and BVT, I believe, have saved my life!
