I take Lexapro and LDN and I take them both at night. I haven't

noticed any increased fatigue. If anything, I have a little more

energy.

Is there a problem taking other meds at the same time as LDN? Any of

the experts know?

Thanks

Do you feel better when you're off it? Some people here have been saying that the LDN has been helping them greatly in the depression department. I never took an A-D, so I don't know what they're all about. But if I were on anything prior to starting LDN, I'd want to see how LDN was all alone, let my body find it's level and then see what, if anything, I still needed.

If LDN is trying to orchestrate the body the way it should be, then taking any other med would be like someone who didn't need any meds taking it. JMHO

Is anyone on LDN and Wellbutrin or another anti depressant? and if so, do you have any side effects from it? I just started LDN an I have been on and off wellbutrin (I forget to take it sometimes). So now I'm taking the LDN at night and the wellburtrin in the morning. I figured it was plenty of time so that 2 don't mix. I'm very tired and have been since I started the LDN and I was thinking that it may be because of the combo of both of them..does that make sense to anyone??thanks in advance!

Edith,

You may be able to eliminate some of the meds after starting LDN. From what my doc says, there shouldn't be drug interaction problems, at least that is true in my case. I'm only on LDN and Keppra. My guess is that you may be able to eventually do without the Ditropan. I have had 75 - 80% improvement in bladder control issues. Check with your doc, and go from there.

I have been dx'd with ALS and will be asking for an Rx for LDN next week. I take Paxil at night, plus Lipitor, Ditropan XL, 3 blood pressure meds, baclofen, Rilutek and vitamins. Does anyone know how LDN might interact with these? I have no problem stopping the Paxil, but I need the others. Thanks.

My Barb has determined that anti-depressants help reduce PN. Her's is from Thalidomide treatment of her cancer.

I took welbutrin XL since DX I was first on rebif which causes chemical depression no matter your mood and until one adjusts to having MS i think the only ones who don't get bummed out are in a straight jacket already.

I have spent the last two weeks walking off the welbutrinn, I simply don't need it any more, I threw the rest away yesterday. I like to try to keep my drug load low since I have to take things for the diabetes. The attempt to get off the neurontin failed. I had to laugh at myself, the first thing I tell someone is that LDN cures nothing but I acted like it was going to cure the horrible neurapathy in my feet and legs just because it didn't hurt anymore. NOT lol@me The pain is gone, guess I can take a few more pills. they sure work better with the LDN than without.

--Edith,

I believe that the only interaction with LDN is with pain (opiates)

medication. I also am taking antidepressants. I don't know as far

as the other meds go.
