Andij,

LDN is taken at night before bedtime orally. I have been taking it quite successfully since last July. There really are not any negative side effects. The first week or two most folks noticed increased dream activity and possibly some difficulty sleeping. That is what I experienced but it did pass after a week or so. I also had improved leg strength, balance and significant improvement with urinary urgency and frequency. Those improvements have remained constant since last July.

Go to www.low dose naltrexone.org You will be able to print out a lot of info for your doc.

Regards,

Tom

Tom, I don't agree with you. There can be real side effects like

extreme fatigue and more. I found out by reading that every human

being has their own endorphine level. So it not to say up front wich

dose is ok. If you experience severe side effects, lower the dose or

skip a take in.

It toke me weeks to find the right doseage for me. I'm very fine now

atr 2,5mg and a skip about once a week.

Andij, remember that the ppl on this forum are very helpfull and ask

all you want. Lot of the experiences are personal, but you will

learn how to filter for your own benefit;o))
