Chlorophyll

Hi,

Is is okay to take the Tbl. of chlorophyll full strength and not in a

glass of water.

Is it okay to put it in the electrolyte drink along with my magnesium,

vitamin C and sea salt.

I was just checking my Chorophyll bottle by natures way and saw it has

glycerin in it! Which is carbs right? So we can't use it any more?

I am so confused.

==>Dear Kara. There may be small amounts of glycerin in some

supplements which cannot always be avoided. Nature's Way lists

vegetable glycerin after water and oil of mint so it wouldn't contain

very much.

However, I do not recommend taking liquid chlorophyll on this program

any more - see Message #49372.

Chlorophyll used to be a part of this program, but it is no longer included.
