slow (vs) quick release

Hi Everyone,

Here is something that's going to sound kinda bizare, but here

goes. Started taking 3.0 in a " slow release " capsule the 3rd of

February. Once I realized what had happened, I had my next month

filled with a " quick release " . Even though I've only been on the

quick release for less than 2 weeks, I feel the difference and like

the slow release better!! I have a better nights sleep and my

energy level is better throughout the whole day with the slow

release. Even though Larry has suggested the quick release is

preferred, I'm wondering if anyone has tried a slow release filler??

It's alittle frustrating not being able to go to your own

neurologist to get these type questions answered, but that's a small

price to have to pay to be on the journey we're all on! I'd love

some feedback from others about slow/fast release fillers, should I

contact Dr.B about this before I get my next perscription in March?
