i have a question. the other nite i took my ldn earlier than usual

and i felt alot better the next day. so i was wondering do you think

that you should take ldn eariier if your systems are worse? when i

started ldn back in october my systems improved a little at first but

now, since i started to take it earlier, their even better.

also the attack i thought i was having turned out to be just a really

bad week. also, does anyone know how long you need to take ldn before it

really begins to work? i heard 12 to 15 months to get the full effect.

is that correct? anyone???

F.Y.I. I tried my L.D.N. at so many different times I even confused myself L.O.L. but what I came up with was that no one time will work for everyone! It has to be after 9:00 pm and before 2:00 for most and always at around 9:30 for me Whoops I am half hour late right now!
