Looking for help for a friend

HI ALL,

A friend of my sister's is unable to get a scrip from his doctors. Same thing, they agree it won't hurt him and it doesn't have any interaction issues with any of his other meds, but won't prescribe it because it hasn't been approved for MS.

I know the "phone" doctors' names and numbers have been posted, but I stupidly deleted them because I didn't need them...

Could someone please send them again?

Or perhaps someone has an LDN prescribing doctor in the Northern California area that encompasses Santa , Sonoma, Sebastopol, Sacramento, perhaps as far south as San or even San Francisco? Maybe he could see someone instead of going by phone...
