I was better until today when I developed a fever, baaaad timing as I had to pass my annual physical for my drivers license. I did pass it and also got a new presciption for ldn from another Dr. who previously had never heard of naltrexone being used like this, but it seems that once you have a prescription you can easily get another.

Or was it that my Dr. really likes Joe Tabler who is the compounding pharmacist we use?He says that if Joe makes this it has to be O.K.

And thanks for the best wishes Kathy I hope you get better too.

Tom I realy havn't used many prescription drugs as I am fairly averse to them since my episode with Azathioprine (imuran) I came so close to being dead that I have been scared off for good!

What does provigil do actualy?

I have yet to see if my dead spot comes back now that I am on ldn but it only showed up during a really hot day and if I overtired myself.

You may be lucky and are going thru an intense period of healing, during which you may not have any energy left to waste.

Just a thought.

I was just talking to our ex foster daughter (in Edmonton) and she says it is still raining there send some down south Eh?

Hi Everybody. I seem to wake up a little about every 3 days.

I have been on LDN since May 12. I now don't seem to have to take either the Vioxx or the Baclofen anymore. Pain in my legs is better. Stiffness is quite manageable.

But the fatigue!!! I can hardly stay awake. Daytime, nighttime, it doesn't seem to matter.

I started out with 3.0 mg., then cut back the last few days to 1.5. No noticeable change.

Anybody have any ideas on how to reduce the fatigue - or do you think I will just have to ride it out?

TIA

Hi Reg,

provigil is supposed to help with the fatigue. I am just looking into it. Yeah, it has been kind of wet/damp, but today is beautiful. TC Reg.

I THINK PROVIGIL IS GREAT - I TAKE 400 MG/DAY. I WAS

FALLING ASLEEP AT MY DESK AND WHEN I STARTED PROVIGIL, I NO

LONGER HAD THAT HORRIBLE FEELING WHEN YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR

EYES OPEN. I RECOMMEND IT.
